Option Vs Stock Trading
Stock Market is run by trading. Traders are the investors and the runners of the stock market. Stock market shows the economic condition of any country. A fall in stock market means a decline in the business of country and an increase means increased investment and hence profit. It is the choice of the traders to choose a trading style that best fits to their business. Some choose Option trading and the others which are analyzers choose the Stock trading.
Option Trading
Option trading is a vast and is preferable to profit loving sort of traders. Because it ensures a large amount of profit on investment made and stock in hand of the trader. It has many strategy styles and the trader is free to choose and strategy style that best fits his business and nature. No doubt it gives high return rate there is also a lot of uncertainty in this type of trading. Every strategy is super risky if the trader is not sure of what he actually wants to do and what is his plan. This trading style has its own charms that it gives the trader a chance to make any strategy of his “own” and use it for his benefit. He just has to be consistent in his work and pre-planned what to do and in this way can earn up to double or many times profit. Option trading also reduces the cost of the stock which results in high profit rate. Though brokers’ fee is very high in option trading than stock trading but still it is affordable because of high profit rate. This type of trading is used for short term business so that money is not stuck in the market.
Stock Trading
On the other hand, stock trading is completely different form option trading as in this type of trading trader is not allowed to use any strategy of his own. He has to look upon the rise and fall of the market and act accordingly. As every business is just about profit so every step taken in this trading must be revised a lot of times so that there is no chance of failure. Stocks are only bought when they have the lowest prices otherwise it will cause loss to the business. Trader must learn to know the weaknesses of the market and they act accordingly to earn profit. This type of trading is usually long-term.
